Beecome a vendor and join The Big Buzz Festival in 2021.

We put a BIG focus on honey and bee related products that have been sourced from ethical beekeeping and bee friendly producers.

We ask all participants to join the Buzz and beelong to the Big Buzz Festival's ethos.

There will be talks, workshops and interactive spaces at the Festival so lots of opportunities to bee involved with you stall.

Please note that we have a limited amount of spaces available for vendors in 2021.

Filling In The "cells"

First thing first.

Fill in the application form here below (Bee A Vendor  Form) or send us a message on bigbuzznz@gmail.com expressing your interest to participate with details about your company and your products. Our team will be in touch in a buzz.

The "frames" details

Stalls are 3x3mt or 3x4mt for Food Trucks and are ground only. You will need to supply a eazy-up gazebo (as per council regulations) table and signage for the front of your stall. We ask that you supply us with your food license and/or all necessary council compliance. 

Deadline for applications is 14/11/20 but limited spaces available mean that once we are full we'll close all applications. Sorry!

Price per stall (as above) $135.00 

Payment deposit $50 on signing of agreement and balance by 14 November 2020

The Bees Knees

  1. Set up starts at 7am on Festival date or unpack day before. We will not allow vendors to enter the selling area after 9am

  2. We reserve the right to check that the products sold are as agreed in our contract. Sorry no exceptions

  3. The event is rain or shine

  4. Please bring your own weights in case of wind

  5. Please dont unpack before 3pm. Pack down starts at 4pm

  6. This is a waste free event. Please take ALL your rubbish away with you
